I would love to do this too. I myself just recently stopped a 737 build. Partly due to money.

But, the other part due to how do you just fly one single aircraft type? For me, I can't commit to just one any more. When I was working for an airline that flew only 737, that's all I ever flew. But, now, with the handful of excellent quality add ons we have and, the couple that are coming out for P3D sometime in the next century(FSLabs, hurry up!!!), I don't think I can restrict myself to just one aircraft type again.
